By using Zero Bench ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Nature of Information (OSM Data)

The Service provides information on public facilities based on OpenStreetMap (OSM) data. This information is provided "as is" and for convenience only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time reliability of any data provided through the Service.

Emergency Use Warning: The Service is not intended for emergency or safety-critical use. Reliance on any data provided by the Service is strictly at the user's own risk, including navigation, safety, and personal decision-making.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCommit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, inaccuracies in location data, unavailability of facilities, or any issues occurring while using the information provided. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own safety and for following local laws and regulations. Reliance on any data provided by the Service is strictly at the user's own risk.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.

1. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize user privacy and follow the principle of Data Minimization. We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide and improve our Services. Our Services do not require user registration or account creation.

We do not create app-level persistent user accounts. However, third-party services utilized within the App may use identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

A. Location Data

Location data is collected only with your explicit permission to provide location-based features. We take technical measures to ensure this data is pseudonymized or non-identifiable where possible.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide and improve our Services, we utilize third-party SDKs. These services collect specific data points—including advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), device information, and usage patterns—for purposes such as ad delivery, analytics, and system stability.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We apply different data retention policies depending on the specific characteristics of each Service to ensure maximum anonymity and minimize data footprint.

• Server-Side Temporary Data: Any location-based mood data transmitted to our servers is processed in a de-identified format and is automatically deleted within 1 hour.
• Local History Data: Your activity history is stored exclusively on your device's local storage (Hive). To protect your privacy, this data is automatically deleted after 60 days.
• No Persistent Accounts: We do not store persistent user identifiers for the purpose of account creation. Therefore, uninstalling the app will result in the permanent loss of all local history data.

For services not listed above, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

5. Global Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their data, where technically feasible.

Due to the nature of our Services, we may not be able to identify individual users. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with any data-related requests at [email protected].

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
